Account Clerk (Accounts Receivable)

Job Type: Accounts Receivable

Salary: 17K

Job details: 

–    Assist in managing customer escalation / complaints on receivable matters and take charge on resolution

–          Coordinate with Billing and Credit Control & Collection Team to ensure proper handling of customer queries

–         Prepare customized reports and documents for management review

–          Handle AR daily operations and initiatives to drive operation efficiency

 

Requirements: 

–  Form 5 HKCEE or Form 6 DSE above

–  At least 2 years of working experience in related sector

–  Mature, independent and able to work under pressure

–  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other PC skills

–  ERP system experience is required

–  Proficiency in both English and Cantonese
